Tailevu Holdings Company Pte LTD, an investment company established by the chiefs of the province of Tailevu, has been honored with a prestigious award for its outstanding contribution to the Fijian economy.

The company won the Excellence in Yasana (Provincial) Aspiration Award at the Prime Minister’s.

General Manager Talei Rokotuibau said they were humbled and excited to receive this award.

“First and foremost, I would like to thank God, he's guided not just us, the management, but the board of directors, on things that we would like to learn such compliance,” she said.

“Our strength is the board of directors, our partners and our staff.

“We have very good workforce that keeps us going, and for the biggest things that are yet to come, that we aspire to, we know that we will get it in between these three years’ time,” she added.

Tailevu Holdings is focused on implementing a strategic plan that will drive future growth and development.

The company is exploring new investment opportunities and working to maximize the value of its existing assets.

“Probably next year and for days to come, we have a strategic plan, and then we're working towards implementing those.

“This is a good award to take back to our province, to our people as we embark on investments for the company that we know will yield returns back to our province and people,” added Rokotuibau.
