Marine & Civil Maintenance wins Excellence in Innovation Award
Marine & Civil Maintenance (Fiji) Pte Limited has earned the prestigious Excellence in Innovation Award at the Prime Minister’s International Business Awards held on November 30, 2024,at the Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort in Nadi.
The award, sponsored by HFC Bank, recognizes businesses that introduce ground-breaking products or services that enhance productivity, growth, and sustainability.
For Marine & Civil Maintenance, this recognition underscores its commitment to transforming infrastructure maintenance with innovative, environmentally responsible solutions.
The company’s impressive Green Tech Shield technology is at the heart of this success, revolutionizing the way critical infrastructure like ports and bridges are maintained.
“We are pretty excited about the win. It is certainly an honor to win the Excellence in Innovation Award. Marine & Civil Maintenance started with humble beginnings in Australia in 2001, and we entered the Fiji market in 2022. Over the past few years, we have worked diligently in Fiji, and this award acknowledges the advanced technology we have introduced,” stated Marine & Civil Maintenance Managing Director Nick Critchley.
The company’s innovation lies in its use of Green Tech Shield, a technology that extends the lifespan of critical infrastructure, reduces the need for costly reconstruction, and minimizes environmental impact.
Looking ahead, Critchley emphasized the company’s strong focus on sustainability and its commitment to the Pacific market.
