Duco Consultancy, one of the leading providers of knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) services, took home the prestigious Excellence in Outsourcing Award at the Prime Minister’s International Business Awards.

The company, which started its operations in Fiji just two years ago with the support of Investment Fiji, has grown rapidly, establishing itself as a global player in the industry.

CEO of Duco Consultancy Chandan Ohri, expressed his excitement about their win and the company’s journey so far.

“Absolutely super excited to have won the Excellence in outsourcing award,” he said.

“It has been a great journey for us as we started two years ago with the help of Investment Fiji.”

“When we came in we didn't realize that within a period of two years we would be the proud winners of Excellence in Outsourcing,” he said.

“It’s a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team,” added Ohri.

Duco Consultancy differentiates itself from traditional voice outsourcing by focusing on technology outsourcing and account services outsourcing.

A key component of its business is the AI Innovation Center based in Fiji, which exports AI technology to clients worldwide.

“I think we want to focus again on high value knowledge process industry, and the reason is Fiji has a limited resource, and we want to make sure that with those limited resources, we make the most of our talent and skills that we have in the country.”

“We are strong and known for our voice outsourcing, but I think by bringing that technology AI to the fore, we should be able to add more value with the resources we have.

“So, we'll continue to focus on that knowledge process outsourcing,” he added.

Ohri also took the opportunity to thank their customers, team and key stakeholders, who had played an integral part in supporting the company.
